Ilya Korolev

Ilya Korolev is a seasoned investment professional and partner at INIT VC since September 2020, with an extensive background in managing portfolios at the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) since October 2013, overseeing over $12 million across 18 companies. Korolev's experience includes roles as Investment Manager and Portfolio Director at IIDF, focusing on early-stage internet and mobile startups within a $100 million fund, with a portfolio exceeding 360 startups. Additionally, Korolev serves as a board member for several companies, including Brandquad, Antilatency, Hot-WiFi, Convead, HoloGroup, Combot, and easy ten, contributing to advancements in various technology sectors such as AI, VR, and eCommerce. Prior to these roles, Korolev co-founded Dulton Media Limited, successfully launching significant media projects in Russia. Korolev holds a Master's degree in Computer Technologies in Business from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
