Tony Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tony is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Comcast Advertising since 2021.
Prior to this, Tony worked as a Partner and Founding Partner at 183 Advisors, LLC, leading a business strategy consulting firm. Tony specialized in crafting corporate brand strategy and developing key messages for clients in the medical technology and professional services sectors. Tony also oversaw client acquisition and outreach methods, as well as the development of marketing materials.
Before joining Comcast Advertising and 183 Advisors, LLC, Tony held various positions at companies such as Comcast, Neuberger Berman, Bernstein Global Wealth Management, Kensey Nash Corporation, Stryker Instruments, Stryker Howmedica, US Navy, and SEAL and SDV Teams. These roles included responsibilities in customer experience transformation, vice president positions, sales and marketing, research and development management, and serving as a LCDR SEAL in the US Navy.
Tony Sanchez earned an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Harvard Business School from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy between 1987 and 1991. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in customer economics, customer insights & analytics, and introduction to CX from Bain & Company while working at Comcast.
