Alice Nelson-Sidibe

Alice Nelson-Sidibe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, as well as training and development within corporate environments. Currently serving as a Founding Member at ProFound and a President's Council Member at The Acceleration Project, Alice is dedicated to promoting disability inclusion and supporting small businesses in underserved communities. In the role of Director of DEI Integration at Comcast, Alice identifies best practices to enhance organizational inclusivity. Previous positions include senior management roles at Comcast Business and ARAMARK, where Alice focused on customer training, instructional design, and human resources operations. Alice holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and multiple degrees in instructional design and organizational development.
