Antoinette Morgan Walker

Antoinette Morgan Walker, CIPP/US, currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for Privacy & Legal Information Security at Comcast since September 2024. Prior to this position, Antoinette held the role of Senior Data Privacy Counsel at Demant from November 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included serving as a strategic business partner and lead advisor on privacy matters. Antoinette also worked at Subaru of America as Senior Counsel from October 2016 to October 2021, managing data privacy compliance programs and consumer litigation. Earlier experience includes partnership at Morris & Morris, P.C. focusing on civil litigation defense, and an associate position at LeClair Ryan specializing in tort defense. Antoinette began legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the County of Henrico, performing legal research and drafting opinions. Antoinette earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University.
