Billy Osborne is the Director of Facilities and Workplace at Comcast, where they lead a multi-functional team focusing on operational excellence and innovative design. With over 17 years of experience in project, construction, and facilities management, they have a proven track record in budget management and optimizing facility operations across a national portfolio of 1.16 million sqft. Prior to their current role, Billy held various positions within Comcast, including Sr. Facilities Manager and Facilities Manager, where they developed long-range planning strategies and standardized operational procedures. They also completed an Electrician Apprenticeship with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and obtained a degree in Facilities Planning and Management from BOMI.
