Brycon Carpenter

Brycon Carpenter is a seasoned Software Engineer currently at Comcast since September 2021, focusing on the design and implementation of full stack applications while maintaining and debugging historical systems. Prior experience includes serving as an Application Developer at Lincoln Financial Group, where Brycon evaluated and deployed software solutions within Agile teams from August 2017 to August 2021. Earlier, as an Electrical Engineer/Programmer for Team Sunergy, Brycon contributed to the development of solar vehicles between August 2016 and May 2017. Brycon's initial exposure to teaching as a Student Instructional Assistant at Appalachian State University provided valuable experience in refining educational materials, while earlier maintenance work involved hands-on skills in plumbing and electrical systems. Brycon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Appalachian State University, completed in May 2017.
