Cecilia Isaacs-Blundin

Cecilia Isaacs-Blundin serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Comcast, part of the NBCUniversal Total Rewards Team, focusing on enhancing employee well-being through innovative benefits. With a strong background in diversity and inclusion, Cecilia previously held positions such as Senior Director and Director of Diversity Communications at Comcast, leading strategies across corporate governance and community investment. Cecilia is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Women's Business Enterprise Center East, and has previously chaired the Independence Business Alliance and served on the Corporate Advisory Board for Disability:IN. Cecilia's legal career includes experience as an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP and positions as a research assistant and student attorney during law school. Cecilia holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.S. in Spanish with International Business Emphasis from Penn State University.
