Dan Stafford

Dan Stafford is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at Comcast since August 2015, where Dan currently serves as Director of HR and previously held the role of Sr. HR Manager for Business Process Excellence. In these positions, Dan has successfully coached senior leaders, facilitated team interventions, and led large-scale change management initiatives impacting over 25,000 employees. Dan has also significantly improved employee satisfaction through Insights Discovery sessions and owns the HR strategy for the Recruiting function. Prior experience includes an MBA consultancy at Honeywell, workforce planning at Hewlett-Packard, and compliance management at Nu Skin Enterprises. Dan holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Eastern Oregon University.
