Sandra Koop

Sandra Koop has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sandra'smost recent role was as the Chief People Officer at Skytree, where they began in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People Partnering & Talent Acquisition at Dott from March 2022 to February 2023. Sandra also held the position of Senior Director Human Resources at Omnicom Media Group (MENA) from February 2020 to August 2021. With their previous experiences as the Global Head of HR at Customer Experience Group, Head of Talent & Development at Seddiqi Holding, and Senior Consultant at Mideast Management Training Institute (MMTI), Sandra has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Sandra also has experience as a Lead Consultant in HR & Organizational Development at Peak Performance Consulting Ltd and as a Talent & Development Consultant at Herbalife. Sandra began their career as a Trainer at learndirect Limited, where they later became a Senior Trainer. Sandra Koop has a Master's Degree in Education (MEd) in Leadership and Management from The Open University, which was completed in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Education (PGCPSE) from The Open University in 2007. In 2004 to 2006, they earned a Certificate in Further Education Teaching Stages 1 and 2 from City & Guilds. Sandra also holds a degree in International Economics from Kyiv National Economics University, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. Aside from their formal education, Sandra completed various training programs, including becoming a Leadership Development Facilitator through DDI (Development Dimensions International) and a Workplace Wellness Trainer through The Learning Architect in 2011. Sandra also completed a Trainer Development Program in 2012 with Metice Development Solutions. In 2014, they became an NLP Trainer through JS NLP, and in 2010, they completed their NLP Practitioner training with Dr Susi Strang & Associates.
