Ellen Stecklair

Ellen Stecklair is the Senior Director of Experience Strategy and Operations at Comcast, where they oversee operating and capital expense management along with team collaboration to enhance frontline employee experiences. Previously, Ellen served as the Director of Experience Strategy and the Director of Channel Tools at Comcast, contributing to significant tool and process improvements for customer-facing channels. Prior to this, they held leadership roles at Essity, MIG Enterprises, and Selegy, managing various aspects of eCommerce and operations. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems from Drexel University.
