Faaizah Shaheed

Faaizah Shaheed is the Senior Director of XGIE Program Delivery at Comcast, where they oversee strategic goals and lead cross-functional teams to drive innovative customer and employee initiatives. Previously, Faaizah held various roles within Comcast, including Senior Financial Analyst and Program Manager, and they contributed to significant growth projects, such as launching the Xfinity Rewards program. Earlier in their career, Faaizah was a Customer Service Supervisor at Sprint and worked in payroll and accounts payable at Aramark. Faaizah earned an Associate’s Degree from the Community College of Philadelphia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Administration from Temple University.
