Jacqueline Boudreau

Jacqueline Boudreau is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in network operations and engineering management. As Vice President of Engineering Operations at Comcast since July 2017, Jacqueline oversees critical functions such as process standards and network change management for a large customer base. Prior to Comcast, Jacqueline served in multiple high-level roles at Cox Communications from 2011 to 2016, including Corporate Executive Director of National Network NOC Operations, where a focus on employee development and continuous improvement was paramount. Jacqueline also directed the transformation of nationwide System Operation Centers into a more efficient model, implementing strategic initiatives that enhanced operational performance. Jacqueline's foundational career began at TCI, and educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Johnson & Wales University, an Associate of Science in Business Management, and completion of the SCTE-Tuck Executive Leadership Program at Dartmouth in 2023.
