Currently serving as the Senior Director of DevX Product Management at Comcast, Jai focuses on optimizing developer tools and experiences. Previously, Jai held various roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where notable contributions included establishing the Developer Experience product team and implementing SaaS development tools. Jai earned an MBA in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Marketing from Clarkson University, and is committed to global equity for women in technology. In addition to professional pursuits, Jai enjoys quilting and spending time with family.
