Jermaine Foster

Jermaine Foster, MBA, possesses extensive experience in network engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Network Engineering Operations Manager at Comcast since June 2000. In this role, Jermaine drives automation efforts to streamline engineering tasks and oversees IP Network staff in developing supporting documentation for various IP infrastructure components. Previously, Jermaine held positions as a Metro-E Fiber Installation & Service Supervisor, where direct supervision and performance coaching were key responsibilities, and as a Technical Operations Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and service schedules. Jermaine began a career in technical roles as a Broadband Technician in the United States Air Force, focusing on water and wastewater management systems. Jermaine earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Kennesaw State University and an MBA in Information Systems from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
