Jody Stroupe has extensive experience in account management and customer experience strategy, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at Comcast since September 2016. In this role, Jody leads teams to enhance customer experiences and implement performance strategies within the Comcast Account Management network. Previously, Jody held the position of Sr. Manager of Customer Experience Strategy Operations, focusing on sales enablement for Xfinity Mobile, and also managed operations to foster a culture of excellence across various customer journeys. Prior to Comcast, Jody worked at Alorica for 16 years, culminating as Director of Site Operations, where responsibilities included talent management and overseeing a workforce of approximately 750 employees to meet financial and service objectives.
