Kati Stratos

Kati Stratos is an experienced data professional with a strong background in analytics and evaluation across various sectors. At Comcast, Kati serves as the Head of Data for Total Rewards, following roles as Senior Director and Director of Analytics. Prior experience includes positions at The School District of Philadelphia, where Kati was a Lead Analyst and Senior Analyst, and earlier roles in data analysis. Kati began the career as a Policy Analyst at the Center for Autism Research and held an analyst position at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Kati holds a Master's degree in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in English from James Madison University.
