Malia Ward

Malia Ward is an experienced marketing and communications strategy leader with a strong background in enhancing customer journey experiences. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Digital Marketing at Comcast, Malia has also held various roles at the company, including Senior Manager for Upsell Marketing and Retention Communications. Previously, Malia worked as a Communication Specialist and Manager of Product Communications at Comcast, where they developed innovative communication plans and collaborated with key stakeholders. Malia started their career in education as an Assistant Teacher at Grace Children's Learning Center and gained valuable experience as a Program Assistant and Intern at the Entertainment Industries Council, Inc. Malia is pursuing degrees in Design and Visual Communications at the University of South Carolina and in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations at George Mason University.
