Rachel Grant

Rachel Grant is an Executive Director of Human Resources for Xumo and Comcast Advertising, with a results-driven approach to HR leadership and a background in human capital consulting. They have extensive experience in HR business partnering, organizational transformations, and talent management. Rachel previously held various roles at Comcast, including Sr. Director and Director of Human Resources, and gained valuable insights during internships with PECO Energy and the US Small Business Administration, among others. They graduated with an MBA from The Wharton School, focusing on consumer-facing company strategies and organizational effectiveness, and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing at The George Washington University.
