Rachelle Fifer

RaChelle Fifer currently serves as the Sr Director of Engineering Operations at Comcast, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, RaChelle held various leadership positions at Windstream from April 2017 to January 2023, including Sr Director of Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple teams such as Network Design and Service Delivery, and analyzing complex engineering solutions. RaChelle also served as the Staff Manager of Engineering at Windstream, successfully implementing innovative network solutions. Previous experience includes a 20-year tenure at Centurylink as Senior Engineer and Manager of Network Design Engineering, overseeing the planning and execution of network projects, and an early role at Phoenix Network Communications as a Provisioning Specialist. RaChelle holds a BA in Communication from Regis University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
