Solomon J. Rogers is a transformational leader and strategic thinker with experience in driving business growth and impact. They previously served as a Retention Supervisor at Comcast, where they achieved the #1 Transactional Sales Rate for multiple consecutive years and won the Beltway Innovation Award for a leadership development program. Currently, Solomon holds the position of Senior Manager of Customer Digital Platforms at Comcast while also serving on the Board of Directors for the National Urban League. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Capella University, building on a foundation in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland University College.
