Fortino Fernandez is an accomplished professional in logistics and customs, currently serving as the President of the Logistics and Customs Commission at the Consejo Empresarial Mexicano de Comercio Exterior Inversión y Tecnología, A.C. El COMCE surge en los años 50 con el nombre de Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales (CEMAI). En 1999 se fusiona con el Consejo Nacional de Comercio Exterior (CONACEX) para formar el COMCE. El COMCE es el organismo del sector privado mexicano dedicado a la promoción del comercio exterior, la inversión extranjera y el desarrollo tecnológico.
