Barbara J. Winter

Barbara joined Ent Credit Union in 2001. She formerly had responsibility for executive oversight of Human Resources, Payroll, Training, and the Real Estate Development and Facilities divisions of Ent, as Executive VP, and coordinated community outreach and philanthropy along the Front Range, as Chief Community Officer. Barb joined Ent after a 28-year career with Colorado Interstate Gas Company, where she last held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and served on the CSU Alumni Association board, where she last held the position of President of the board. She is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership Community Leaders program.
