Alex Marshall serves as the General Manager Regional at Comdain Infrastructure since January 2009, where leadership, performance, and growth of the regional business are primary responsibilities. Under Alex’s guidance, the Comdain Regional business has successfully constructed over $500 million in advanced water infrastructure across Victoria and New South Wales. Previously, Alex held the position of Executive Manager Modernisation at Goulburn-Murray Water from 2006 to 2009, overseeing a team of 130 technical and engineering staff and a substantial budget, while focusing on irrigation planning and stakeholder management. Alex also managed water planning and environmental issues as Executive Manager Planning & Environment during the same tenure. Earlier experience includes five years as Environment Manager at Murray Irrigation, where implementation of environmental compliance and water management plans was a key focus. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics with Honours from Latrobe University, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
