Crissy Vail-Heintschel

Crissy Vail-Heintschel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Marketing Representative for Vail manufactured safety, where they developed marketing materials, sales presentations, and evaluated advertising resources. From 2003 to 2004, they served as the Director of Business Development for Vail Products, Inc, overseeing the transition from direct sales to distributor sales. From 2004 to 2011, they worked as a Salon Development Partner for Aveda, exceeding sales plan and consistently being a top performer. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Regional Training and Development Specialist for ComDoc, Inc., spending a significant portion of their time in the field coaching and guiding sales representatives. Crissy then moved on to become the Sales Manager for ComDoc, Inc. from 2016 to 2021, responsible for serving a wide array of customers and ensuring the best support in the industry. Currently, as of 2022, they hold the position of Regional Director of SMB Sales at ComDoc, Inc.

Crissy Vail-Heintschel completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from The University of Toledo in 2001, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
