Brian Neufuss is an accomplished educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various fields. As the Teacher and Founder of Come on Out - English since March 2020, Brian leads a passionate team committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for students of all ages through web lessons, workshops, and tailored courses. In addition, Brian founded Come on Out Adventures in August 2015, focusing on outdoor experiences, and has been involved with Come on Out-Japan since 2014, coordinating cultural exchange programs. Brian's earlier career in the mortgage industry included roles such as Branch Manager and Loan Officer at Georgetown Mortgage LLC and positions as a Mortgage Banker and Broker across various companies from 2001 to 2017. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned between 1996 and 2000.

OUR MISSION: To foster appreciation for the importance of a global mindset. By connecting diverse university students and young professionals with fulfilling opportunities in Japan, we provide meaningful experiences rooted in cultural connections, progressive mentalities, and worldly education.
