Michele Cesario

Michele Cesario has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. From 2016, they served as the CEO & Co-Founder of Comehome!, a digital platform focused on connecting people through shared interests and private events. Prior to that, they co-founded Somewhere Festival in 2015 and worked as a Co-Founder & Partner until 2018.

From 2013 to 2018, Cesario co-founded and served as a partner at Staffish Creative Agency. Michele'sresponsibilities included planning and organizing unconventional events and leading a team of professionals. Michele also developed key performance indicators to measure event impacts.

In 2014, Cesario worked in business development at Rocket Internet SE. In 2013, they were involved in market development at Soundtracker, where they assisted the CEO in managing relationships with stakeholders and developed business partnerships.

Cesario also has internship experience. In 2012, they worked as an Executive Director and intern at Camera di Commercio Dominico Italiana. In 2011, they interned as an Analyst at OVB Consulenza Patrimoniale - Italia.

Michele Cesario began their education in 2008 at Università Bocconi, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Michele completed this degree in 2012. In 2014, Michele attended INCAE Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In the same year, they also pursued a Laurea Magistrale LM in Scienze dell'Economia e della Gestione Aziendale at Università Bocconi, which they completed in 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Michele obtained the Techitalia Lab - London certification from TechItalia in January 2018. Michele also completed the Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles certification from edX in November 2020. Additionally, Michele obtained a certification from Y Combinator's Startup School Online in June 2017.
