Matteo Nobili

Matteo Nobili was born on January 27, 1971 in Reggio nell'Emilia and graduated in law from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 1994 (110 cum laude with mention). In 1997 he obtained the title of lawyer. From 1994 to 2000 he carried out his professional activity at the law firm of Prof. Avv. Francesco Marani. From 2000 to 2005 he was a partner at the GNC studio (Grana - Nobili - Corsini) and from 2005 to 2009 he was a partner at the Grana - Nobili studio. Since 2009 he has been a partner of the Avvocatidiimpresa firm. Specialized in corporate and bankruptcy law, he mainly deals with contracts relating to extraordinary transactions (domestic and cross-border), mergers and acquisitions and negotiation procedures for business crisis. During his professional activity he has provided assistance and advice in important investment transactions and corporate debt restructuring procedures. He has carried out numerous didactic activities and has participated, as organizer, speaker and moderator, in various conferences and seminars.
