Carla Lindley

Carla Lindley currently serves as the VP, Senior Benefits Counsel at Comerica Bank since October 2023. Previously, Carla held the position of Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation at Kimberly-Clark from July 2015 to November 2022. Prior experience includes working as Senior Counsel, Tax & Benefits at JC Penney Corporation from August 2013 to July 2015, and as an Independent Contractor at Kimberly-Clark from 2004 to August 2013. Carla began a legal career at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP as an associate from 1989 to 1998, and later worked at Vinson and Elkins from 1998 to 2002 as an attorney. Carla earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics, cum laude, from Texas Tech University.
