Kasey Daniels

Kasey Daniels, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Enterprise Reporting Controls & Governance Director at Comerica Bank, a position held since June 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the SOX program office and managing all controls-related activities. Previously, Kasey held various roles at Comerica Bank, including Vice President for Accounting Policy Manager and Financial Procedures and Controls. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Assistant Vice President in Financial Procedures and Controls at PwC, where Kasey began as an Assurance Associate and progressed to Assurance Senior Associate. Kasey holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
