Rick Garcia

Rick Garcia is a seasoned professional in user experience and user interface design, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer and UI Designer at Comerica Bank since May 2014. With a strong foundation in usability testing, UX prototyping, and journey mapping, Rick plays a crucial role in building enterprise UX capabilities while mentoring colleagues. Previous experience includes roles as a User Experience Designer at The Rush, where Rick developed a new user experience for a sports video capture product, and as an Email Marketing Specialist/Web Designer at Entertainment Promotions. Earlier in the career, Rick honed skills in web design and development at Flagstar Bank, focusing on web graphics and email marketing, and began as a Systems Analyst at Electronic Data Systems. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Baker College and an Associate degree in Information Technology from Oakland Community College.
