Shawn Reeves

Shawn Reeves has over two decades of experience in learning and development, primarily at Comerica Bank since May 2008, where roles include AVP, Talent Development Project Manager, and AVP, Learning and Development Consultant. Responsibilities involve supporting various revenue lines of business through conducting needs analyses, designing and developing diverse training programs, and serving as a liaison for Corporate Learning. Prior to Comerica Bank, Shawn worked at Sprint Nextel Corporation in roles such as Instructional Designer and National Account Manager. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from The University of Texas at Arlington.
