Steve Aufderheide

Steve Aufderheide serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Comerica Bank since April 2025. Previously, Steve held the position of SVP Wholesale Banking Technology at SunTrust, overseeing production services and cloud initiatives for various banking technology groups since November 2017. In addition, Steve was the Chief Technology Officer and SVP Enterprise Payments Technology at Truist from November 2017 to July 2025, where leadership focused on innovative technologies and Agile methodologies. Earlier roles included SVP Global Operations and Cyber Security at ACI Worldwide, directing cyber security strategies and compliance for the Cloud Hosting division, and SVP Global Operations at Liaison Technologies, managing cloud delivery and IT operational processes. Steve's educational background includes a BS in Computer Science from Western Connecticut State University.
