Antoine Bordalis

Antoine Bordalis has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Antoine currently holds the position of Group CFO at Comet, a company that builds sourcing ecosystems for large enterprises. Antoine's role at Comet involves using AI-powered platforms to detect, qualify, and match freelancers for client needs. Antoine manages the entire cycle from sourcing to payment.

Prior to their current role, Antoine worked as an Investor at Team for the Planet. Antoine joined the company in 2022 and is still actively involved in this role.

From 2019 to 2022, Antoine served as the Investment Director (CFO-COO-M&A) at a Single Family Office. In this position, they reported directly to the family office owner and was responsible for M&A, companies management, and asset management. Their duties included sourcing, investment memorandum, business planning, valuation, due diligence coordination, strategy development, financial planning, and HR management.

Antoine gained valuable experience at Deloitte from 2012 to 2019. Antoine started as an Experienced Senior Auditor, where they conducted statutory and consolidated legal audits for accounts certification. Later, they became a Manager in M&A Transaction Services, specializing in financial due diligence for a range of contexts including M&A, Carve-out, Joint Ventures, Spin off, and Refinancing. Antoine supervised teams and managed projects for mid-size and large corporate clients as well as private equity funds.

In 2012, Antoine briefly worked as a Business Analyst at Bouygues Construction and as a Chartered Accountant intern at Dba, Groupe d'audit, d'expertise comptable et de conseil in 2010.

Antoine Bordalis attended EDC Paris Business School from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting.
