Joseph Wiel

Joseph Wiel began their work experience in 2014 as a Process Owner at Alcoa, where they were responsible for monitoring production and continuous improvement. Joseph created an internal app to facilitate operators' daily routines and process accuracy. In 2016, Joseph co-founded Comet and served as the Chief Product Officer, leading the product vision and improving the MVP using a no-code solution. Joseph then worked as a Product Advisor at Comet from 2018 to 2019. Joseph also has a background as a Freelance Product Designer and Owner, working for multiple companies including AFONE, Konbini, Woonies, and HandSome. Currently, Joseph is the VP of Products at Comet since September 2020.

Joseph Wiel has a diverse education history. In 2009-2014, they attended IPSA, an engineering school for aerospace, where they earned a degree in engineering. In 2016, they attended École Polytechnique for a Coursera program titled "Créer et développer une startup technologiques." In 2018, they enrolled in a Coursera program at the Johns Hopkins University School of Education, studying UX Design and Web Development. Finally, in 2019, they attended Le Wagon, where they completed a program in Fullstack Development.
