María José Traconis

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in the organic products and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's background also includes working as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
