The Operations Team at Comex 2000 is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end operational processes that enable the delivery of high-quality telecommunication solutions. This includes overseeing fibre and cable installations, civil engineering projects, site procurement, and ensuring compliance with streetworks regulations. They coordinate with planning, training, and project management to ensure seamless and cost-effective execution of over 300,000 business and residential installations annually across the UK and Ireland.
