This includes coordinating logistics, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients like Virgin Media to deliver high-quality and cost-effective installation solutions. The team comprises Project Coordinators, Programme Managers, and Project Managers who work together to drive the company's proactive culture and operational excellence from the boardroom to the work site.
