Currently serving as Head of Clearing Operations and Head of Financial Clearing Operations at Comfone AG since September 2020, Helena has previously held prominent positions at Nextgen Clearing Ltd from January 2011 to July 2020, including Global Head of Operations & Client Support, Regional Team Leader EMEA, and Account Manager. In these roles, Helena successfully led global teams and managed the implementation and support of services for over 120 business customers. Prior experience at VIPnet d.o.o. from November 2000 to February 2011 included roles such as Roaming Settlement Specialist and Collection Specialist, where Helena contributed to significant cost savings and quality improvements in financial processes. Helena's career began at PZ Sutla Senkovec in roles focused on purchasing, sales, and administration.
