Alexis Fraser

Alexis Fraser has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Alexis is currently the Head of HR at Comfort Care Services, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as the HR Manager at the same company from September 2015 to February 2020.

Before joining Comfort Care Services, Alexis volunteered at McNeal Elementary School from January 2014 to June 2015. Alexis also previously worked at Comfort Care Services as a Human Resources Officer, where they reported to the Operations Director and was responsible for various HR activities from January 2011 to November 2013.

In addition, Alexis has experience working at BAA as an HR Case Manager from January 2007 to November 2010. In this role, they developed and implemented a case management plan and provided guidance on company policies and procedures. Alexis also worked as an Employee Relations Advisor from January 2003 to October 2008 at BAA, where they provided advice and support on ER issues and worked with line managers and trade unions. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor from January 1998 to December 2002, where they provided proactive advice and support in recruitment, selection, and performance planning.

Alexis began their career at Tesco PLC as a Training Manager from 1992 to 1995, followed by a role as a Personnel Manager from 1995 to 1997.

Alexis Fraser completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management at the University of West London from 1992 to 1993. Prior to this, they earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth, a four-year program they attended from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their degrees, Alexis Fraser obtained the Chartered Member of the CIPD certification from the CIPD in June 1993.
