Vitaly Zagorin is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in care management and clinical roles. Currently serving as an HCBS Evaluator at Comfort Health since January 2022, Vitaly previously held multiple positions at Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. from February 2013 to February 2023, including National Sales Director and Senior Clinical Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing department effectiveness and leading care management teams. As a Clinical Manager and Social Worker Care Manager, Vitaly conducted assessments for MLTC plan beneficiaries and developed care plans addressing clinical and social needs. Vitaly earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Touro University between 2012 and 2014.
