The Care and Support Team at Comfort Health provides holistic care and comprehensive support to children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Through coordinated efforts by Special Needs Caregivers, Case Managers, Group Facilitators, Treatment Support Professionals, and Social Workers, the team ensures personalized care management and therapeutic services, both at home and in the community, helping clients lead fulfilling, productive lives.
