Nicole Gonzales has extensive experience in the operational and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Operational Specialist at Comfort Products Distributing since April 2022, after a lengthy tenure as a Customer Service Representative from July 2007 to April 2022. Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, completed in May 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Nicole attended Peru State College from 1999 to 2002.
