Matt Hoskins

Matt Hoskins has extensive work experience in the comfort and energy efficiency industry. Matt started their career in 2005 as the Chief Executive Officer at Comfort Solutions. In the same year, they became the CEO of Arctic Insulation, The Element Group, Comfort Solutions HVAC, and Midwest Aerobarrier. In 2007, they took on the role of President at The Element Group, a division of Building Science Solutions Inc. Since 2018, they have been serving as the President of Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling and Midwest Aerobarrier. Matt's expertise lies in providing insulation, heating and cooling, air sealing, energy auditing, energy code compliance, and energy efficiency utility rebate processing.
