Michael Goldberg

Michael Goldberg has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial and accounting field. Michael held the role of VP and Corporate Controller at Comfort Systems USA since May 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at Shale-Inland from August 2012 to May 2015. From 2005 to 2012, they worked as the Financial Reporting Director & Assistant Controller at Exterran Holdings, Inc. Before that, they gained experience as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2005, and as an Audit Experienced Senior at Andersen from 1998 to 2002.

Michael Goldberg attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1993 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) degree with a focus on Accounting. Michael also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the TX State Board of Public Accountancy.
