Larry Shing Kwok Choi

Larry Shing Kwok Choi serves as the Deputy Chairman at ComfortDelGro since April 2023 and has held the position of Chairman at SP Services Ltd since July 2020. As Director and CEO of the ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute since January 2018, Larry also leads as Director and Executive Committee Chairman. Previously, Larry was a Non Executive Director at SP Group from July 2006 to July 2020. Larry's experience includes serving as Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of the Environment & Water Resources from July 2012 to September 2017 and at the Ministry of Transport, Singapore from March 2005 to June 2012. Larry holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University and both MA and BA (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
