Ghali is actively involved in candidate and client relationship management, research, candidate development, and presentation – full project oversight. Ghali has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry.

Ghali received a BA in Political Science from the University of Albany, SUNY. He has also received a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from CUNY School of Professional Studies. Ghali is currently pursuing a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with CUNY School of Professional Studies.
