Kyle Carter M.ed

Kyle Carter has a diverse work experience. Kyle served as the President of the Board-Designate at COMHAR, Inc. starting from January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director at the National Alliance on Mental Illness - Philadelphia (NAMI Philly) since April 2023. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Director of Systems Integration at the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services from May 2022 to April 2023. Kyle also served as the Supervisor of the Community Wellness and Engagement Unit (CWEU) at the same department from February 2021 to April 2022. In 2019, Kyle worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Delaware Valley University from August 2019 to January 2020.

Kyle Carter has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Legal Studies from Temple University. Kyle also holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Eastern University. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree from Capella University, which they will complete in 2024.
