Morgan Layton

Morgan Layton has been working in the field of executive search consulting for almost a decade. Morgan started out as a research associate at Stanton Chase and quickly rose through the ranks to become a senior associate. In 2015, they left Stanton Chase to join Keyhires, where they served as a project manager for two years.

In 2017, Layton returned to Stanton Chase as a director. Morgan has been with Comhar Partners since 2019. In their current role, they are responsible for leading and executing searches for C-level executives and other senior-level positions.

Morgan Layton's educational career includes a degree in business administration and studio art from DePaul University, as well as a certification in active listening from Dale Carnegie Digital. Morgan also has a certification in sales pro from Dale Carnegie Digital, and a certification in how to cold call and build new customers from Dale Carnegie Training.
