Orlando Castro

Orlando Castro, LCSW, CIC, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at COMHAR, Inc., a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Orlando was the Vice President of Human Resources at Spectrum Health Services, Inc. from January 2021 to March 2024 and held several human resources positions at Tower Health from January 2012 until January 2021, including Human Resources Director and Human Resources Business Partner. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University, dual master's degrees in Clinical Social Work and Law and Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College, and various post-graduate certifications in clinical treatment, employee relations law, and internal coaching.
