Paul Herrerias

Paul Herrerias is the Managing Director of Comhar Partners in San Francisco. Paul has over 20 years of experience in executive search and has held management positions with some of the top firms in the world, including Stanton Chase International and COO Forum.

Herrerias is an expert in identifying, recruiting, and attracting the right executives for their clients. Paul has a passion for coaching and developing leaders and helping them reach their full potential. Paul is also a member of Stanton Chase's Executive Assessment global team and provides "Executive Selection" services as adjunct to retained search.

Paul Herrerias has a Masters in Organization Development & HR from the University of San Francisco, a BS in Accounting & Business from the University of San Francisco, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Pre-Legal from Santa Rosa Junior College. Paul also has a High School Diploma from Petaluma High School. Paul Herrerias is certified by the California Board of Accountancy as a CPA in the state of California and is retired.
